These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Skylark Automobile & Body Repair. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms.

We provide manpower recruitment and supply services under SAC Code 00440060 (Manpower Recruitment Agency), including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce for automobile and repair-related activities.

All services are provided as per mutually agreed terms, scope, and duration. Any changes must be confirmed in writing.

Service charges are agreed in advance. Payments must be made within the timelines mentioned in invoices or service agreements.

Manpower deployment is subject to availability. Replacement, if required, will be provided as per agreed terms.

Clients must provide a safe working environment and comply with applicable labor and safety regulations.

Skylark Automobile & Body Repair shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising during service execution, except as required by law.

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per mutually agreed notice terms or applicable legal provisions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication.
